Northallerton Away Day

On Wednesday, the team headed out to C4DI Northallerton for an away day. 

C4DI is a brand new space for businesses to book out meeting rooms or offices and build connections. Along with Hambleton District Council have converted the old woman's wing of the old site of Northallerton Prison into meeting spaces, offices and work stations for businesses in the area to use.

When we arrived we were taken on a tour of the building, which mixes the new upgrades with the original interior of the listed building, including offices in cells with original cell doors.

The WJPS Team took to the C4DI Northallerton campus to take some time away from our everyday office environment and dig our teeth into some important aspects of the business- like our future goals and plans, sharing new ideas, and brainstorming together. 

Much can be gained from a staff away day- finding time to collaborate together, in a different environment can help new ideas flow and can take some of the pressure off important conversation topics. 

We have come away from our team away day at C4DI with a clear picture of our objectives, goals, and strategies on going to reach them.
