WJPS provide customers with support for our software through our support portal. This is our first port of call for raising and managing any issues you may have. The support portal allows you to register any issues, but also track their progress. The system also prompts WJPS to deal with the issue in line with our service level agreements for each service. The support portal also give you access to our knowledge bases so that you can see useful articles on how to deal with common problems.
