WJP Software launched their new helpdesk in early 2012. The helpdesk supported by h2desk helps WJP Software provide an even higher level of support to our corporate customers. We have issued customers with logins to our helpdesk at http://wjpsoftware.h2desk.com/, using the helpdesk customers can log in and raise a ticket which is then tracked and managed through to the issue resolution. The helpdesk also provides easy access to system documentation, version history information and software updates.
